The
Asian Semi-Longhair cat is essentially a long haired Burmese. These cats are
also known by the name
Tiffanie.
A British breed it is often be confused with the similar American
breed called the Tiffany.

The Tiffanie cat was a long
haired by-product from the Burmilla breeding program and is a member of the
Asian group and originally called the Asian Longhair.
The Tiffanie cat has the
body proportions of a Burmese cat, golden eyes, long silky coat, a ruff and
full tail.
The coat is generally brown but can also be in a variety of other
colors
Like the Asian Shorthair, the breed was developed in
Britain, and is not currently recognized by any U.S. Registries.
